What can you air fry?

Almost anything! It takes less than one tablespoon of oil to air fry just about anything that you would normally eat fried. It’s extremely efficient and great too if you are cooking for a smaller amount of people.

Yes! I absolutely LOVE using foil in the air fryer. The thing to note is that you need to be sure it’s rolled up on the side so that air is still able to circulate.

That is the way it’s going to be cooked.

The foil though makes it much less hassle to clean because many times those air fryer baskets can get messy and are hard to get cleaned.

Frozen vegetables are very easy to cook in the air fryer, they are great with a nice coat of cooking spray and a little bit of salt.
